- Lead the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project scope, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks that best meet project needs, considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM software
Technical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software.
Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments.
Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
