Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Hope PT Center in Giza. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and perform standardized tests to determine appropriate treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and using appropriate modalities and equipment. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, participate in case discussions, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement and patient-centered care. Qualifications Valid physiotherapy degree from an accredited institution and current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions. Ability to use manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively. Solid knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, pain management principles, and evidence-based physiotherapy practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients of diverse backgrounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to clinical accuracy and confidentiality. Commitment to professional development, continuous learning, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Previous experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training will also be considered.
