We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Lead Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards across our construction projects.
???? Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans and QC procedures. Conduct inspections for site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams regarding quality issues. Prepare QA/QC reports, NCRs, and follow corrective/preventive actions. Ensure proper documentation and records management related to quality. Lead the QA/QC team and support continuous improvement activities.
???? Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as applicable).10+ years of experience in QA/QC within major construction projects. Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, ACI, etc.). Experience in preparing QCPs, ITPs, and quality documentation. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
