Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist stationed in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, provide support to clients, address their needs and concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires maintaining accurate records, offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, customer support, and contact center experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with basic software and tools Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Previous experience in real estate or related fields is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
