Job Title: Sales Supervisor Company: BEAT People Hiring For: A leading client in the Electrical Engineering & Manufacturing sector – Saudi Arabia Location: KSA
Job Purpose BEAT People is hiring a Sales Supervisor on behalf of a major client in the electrical engineering manufacturing sector. The Sales Supervisor will oversee day-to-day sales operations, support and guide the sales team, open new markets, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Market Coverage Implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to monitor market activity, visit retail shops, and follow up on projects. Open new customers (retail & projects) and expand the company’s market presence. Team Support & Supervision Supervise and motivate sales representatives (Retail + Projects). Provide coaching, direction, and on-the-ground support during market visits. Ensure the team meets performance KPIs and follows the company’s sales processes. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key accounts. Understand customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. Collections & Financial Follow-UpMonitor and follow up on collection activities. Ensure sales team adherence to company financial and credit policies. Reporting & Analysis Review and analyze sales reports through CRM systems (e.g., Zoho). Provide recommendations to enhance performance and improve market reach. Submit regular reports to management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in electrical products, building materials, or related sectors). Proven experience in supervising or leading a sales team. Strong negotiation skills and ability to open new markets. Full readiness for continuous fieldwork (not office-based only). Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Fluency in Arabic, with good English level.
