Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele-sales Representative to join our team in Mohandessin. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries, assisting customers, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and chat support. Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and potential customers. Maintain excellent product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and successful conversion. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in the E-commerce field. Experience dealing with Gulf region customers (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, etc.) is highly preferred. Ability to speak or understand Gulf Arabic dialect fluently . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Basic computer skills (CRM systems knowledge is a plus).
