- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and execute promotional plans and activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility in the modern trade channel.
- Inventory and Merchandising:
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.
- Oversee merchandising and in-store display activities to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and activities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector.Proven track record of managing and growing modern trade accounts.Strong understanding of the modern trade channel and key account management.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze market data and trends to develop effective sales strategies.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
