  • Answering Customers' questions on all social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram,,… etc.)
  • Gaining insights from community moderation into the Social Media team
  • Handle complains, work on solving them and lower escalation record.
  • Upload orders on Odoo system in order to activate the order.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media SpecialistExcellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgePositive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational abilityFluency in EnglishBS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
