  • Arrange shipping & Insurance with forwarders.
  • Prepare necessary arrangements for advance payment.
  • Follow up shipment of ordered items and until it arrives the port, prepare delivery Follow up report of imported items
  • Following up all customs clearance process with brokers.
  • Receive and review carefully the shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies to collect, ship, and deliver imported items in the agreed time, and follow up the shipping process.
  • Prepare all required documents (invoices, bill of lading, packing list ,…)
  • Dealing with customs (creating ACID)

 


 BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics, or relevant field.1- 2 Years of Experience in Logistics.Familiar with SAP.Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.Basic accounting knowledge.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Good communication skills.Fluent in English is a must.
