Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing employee employment & relations, enhancing workplace culture, and developing policies that promote company values. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional development.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and any other benefits.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
  • Facilitate and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or similar role with a focus on hiring, training, and employee relations.
  • Regional experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate selection methods.
  • Experienced in developing and facilitating training programs tailored to workforce needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
