We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has min 4 years' experience in Contracting or 2 years' experience in Construction /Consulting in UAE

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze architectural & Structural plans and taking of quantities (AutoCAD/Plan Swift).
- Send request for information to the consultant and tender clarifications.
- Contact the suppliers / vendors for quotations. Negotiations with suppliers & sub-cons on both technical & commercial aspects of product and prepare comparison sheet.
- Preparing Variance, Evaluate and closed with client representative.
- Generate BOQ and Preparing work breakdowns and Evaluate unit rates for work items.
- Prepare contracts documents and advise on pre-tender and post contract matters and required the submissions.
- Participate effectively in pre-tender meetings and site visits to gather all related info & data.
- Analysis of rates for labor, material and plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
- Evaluating subcontractor payment application and finalizing & certifying.
- Any task assigned to you by the management.
Requirements and skills
- Proven Minimum 4 years' experience in Contracting or 2 years' experience in Construction / Consulting in UAE
- Experience on Pre- Contracting & Post- Contracting
- Excellent in take-off Software Plan Swift.
- Able to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Familiar with tender submission.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient typing and editing skills, experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
