Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Architect(Technical), who has hands-on experience in detailing projects. This key position requires a designing and efficient individual who can liaise with clients and produce practical solutions to complex architectural problems.

Responsibilities and Duties

Ø Take responsibility for the review of large-scale architectural projects from the schematic design stage onwards.

Ø Oversee the coordination of project teams, providing guidance and support where necessary.

Ø Ensure compliance with local, national, and international building codes and standards.

Ø Ensure reviews and compliance are well documented.

Ø Shall be responsible for quality control of the architectural drawings.

Ø Prepare/update project specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

Ø A bachelor’s degree in architecture.

Ø Minimum 15 years of experience in an architect role, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior position

Ø Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit,

Ø Familiarity with building regulations and guidelines

Ø Possess strong communication skills.

Ø Flexible and adaptable in managing their workload and meeting deadlines.
