• Inform production workers of daily, weekly and monthly work plans.
• Organize workflow by defining responsibilities and arranging people within the production floor.
• Follow-up and supervision of operating procedures during the shift.
• Operating production lines on a daily basis for all the company's products by himself and with the help of production technicians and workers.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule cleaning operations for equipment and production houses at the end of the shift.
• Ensure the application of the conditions and specifications of the production process.
• Provide performance reports periodically to production workers and technicians to determine the extent to which goals have been achieved and improve the level of workers.
• Identify challenges and competencies and make suggestions that help improvement.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and enterprise standards.
• Follow up with the production manager on a daily basis and provide a detailed report on what is done during the shift to the production manager.
• Good experience in using different types of manufacturing machines and tools, automatic and semi-automatic machines.• Proficiency in the skills of dealing with Microsoft Office programs.• Ability to arrange, distribute tasks and organize time.• Proficiency in leadership skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions to problems.• Ability to communicate with different personalities.• Proficiency in motivation skills and creating a suitable work environment for employees.• Employing and supervising daily labor members if necessary.
