- Responsible for providing architectural designing and producing detailed drawing of new units according to plans of the upper management to be submitted to the construction department for execution
- Adhere to time schedules for designs delivery discussed and agreed by the development manager
- Coordinate with the business analyst ,Receive business plans for the potential areas for development and proceed in the designs’ presentations
- Engage in meetings with the development manager, the business analyst and the upper management to set development strategies and plans and make recommendations to achieve growth through development of new units
- Produce design presentations to be discussed with the development manager and approved by the upper management then submitted to the Construction department for approval
- Visit the site, Size up areas and conditions of spaces including sections and elevations and prepare architectural base plans

* Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering* 7+ years of experience in architecture engineering*Excellent user of Photoshop, and AutoCAD*High levels of creativity and imagination
