• Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required as assigned.
• Completes opening and closing procedures.
• Prepares in advance food and beverage, material, and equipment needed for service.
• Maintains clean service areas.
• Warmly and graciously, greet all guests upon arrival.
• Assist the Barista and Chef with their needs
• Polish the cutleries, utensils and the silverware
• When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the Café.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system, which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Delivers food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
• Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Monitors and observes guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the products and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
• Responds and advice guest orders using the up selling techniques.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Maintains good working relationships with colleagues.
• Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably as waiter, same experience is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality or a related degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Hard and smart worker.
• Physically fit and ready to work long hours.
• Basic Arabic and English language, other language is a plus
