Responsibilities:
● Plan and coordinate the development and implementation of the curriculum and instruction,
● Coordinates the development of curriculum objectives in collaboration with the coordinators and monitors the implementation and evaluation of these objectives.
● Assist and guide the development and updates of course content; Promotes innovation within the curriculum area.
● Conduct curriculum meetings and/or training with faculty; participates in the planning and delivery of curriculum training as appropriate; facilitate and organize training for new faculty members.
● Participate in ongoing review of proposed programs to assess their effectiveness and alignment with current curriculum Framework; Ensure appropriately mapped and effectively progressive curriculum.
● Analyze available assessment and student’s wellbeing data to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum, instructions, and assessment methods; Ensure effective curriculum deployment in lessons and school through extra-curricular activities
● Initiate processes of assessment reviews; short term and long-term reviews; coordinate, and monitor termly practices of assessment data analysis in collaboration with Coordinators and Principal; collating outcomes of assessment analysis and prepare detailed reports
