Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Organizing the personal files.
• Maintain accurate insurance administration process.
• System data entry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduate, Maximum of 1 year experience
• Good Excel Knowledge
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
