• تطوير وصيانة أنظمة محاسبة تكاليف قوية، مع ضمان إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتمكين اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
• دعم الإدارة في تقييم ربحية المنتج، وهوامش الربح، وقرارات التسعير، وأداء المصنع.
• مراقبة والتحكم في جميع معاملات المخزون، وعمليات الاستلام والصرف والتحويل والتسويات.
• إجراء والإشراف على جرد المخزون الدوري والتحقيق في الفروقات.
• إعداد تقارير تسوية وتحليل المخزون.
• ضمان التوثيق السليم والامتثال لإجراءات الرقابة الداخلية.
• دعم التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي المتعلق بالمخزون.
المتطلبات
· درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
· خبرة مثبتة من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في المحاسبة.
· معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية.
· إتقان برنامج Microsoft Excel والخبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
· اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية عالية.
· القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
· يفضل وجود خبرة في القطاع الصناعي/التصنيعي.
• Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting that empowers strategic decisions.
• Support management in evaluating product profitability, margins, pricing decisions, and factory performance.
• Monitor and control all inventory transactions, receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Conduct and supervise periodic stock counts and investigate variances.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation and analysis reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal control procedures.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· 6–8 years of proven experience in accounting.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Experience with ERP systems.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Manufacturing / industrial experience is preferred.
