Role Description The Maintenance Engineer Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan, responsible for leading the maintenance function within the manufacturing facility. This role oversees maintenance plans for production lines and utilities, ensuring machinery and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. The Maintenance Engineer Manager coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manages spare parts inventory, and supervises maintenance technicians and engineers. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying root causes of equipment issues, and implementing technical improvements to support production targets and quality standards. The Maintenance Engineer Manager collaborates closely with operations, quality, and safety teams to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams, troubleshoot equipment failures, and minimize production downtime.
• Good knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
