• Prepare and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, production capacity, and delivery requirements.

• Plan and coordinate production activities across different textile manufacturing processes.

• Review production orders and translate customer requirements into feasible production schedules.

• Monitor production progress against the approved plan and identify deviations or potential delays.

• Coordinate with production departments to ensure the availability of machines, manpower, raw materials, and production capacity.

• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse regarding material shortages and expected availability dates.

• Monitor machine capacity and utilization and identify bottlenecks that may affect production plans.

• Re-plan production schedules when there are changes in customer requirements, material availability, machine breakdowns, or production priorities.

• Coordinate with Quality to ensure production plans consider inspection and quality requirements.

• Work closely with Sales/Commercial teams to confirm realistic production and delivery dates.

• Analyze production data and prepare regular planning and performance reports.

• Maintain accurate planning data and production orders within the ERP/MRP system.

• Ensure adherence to company planning procedures and production priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Applied Arts, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, preferably within the Textile manufacturing industry.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.

• Good Communication skills.

• Strong Follow-up and Organizational skills.

• Good command of English.
