Job Description

Purpose of the job:

• This job is assigned to one of the administrative divisions in one of the directorates, departments, or supply and trade offices.
• The job entails driving vehicles for the entity.

Key Tasks:

• The job holder is under the direct supervision of the relevant manager.
• Errors in performing this job may endanger the lives of others.
• Receiving the operation order after filling in the data, then carrying out the assigned mission.
• Inspecting the vehicle before use to ensure its safety, that it is supplied with fuel and oils, and that the tires are in good condition; signing the documents for fuel, oil, and lubrication supply.
• Responsible for the safety of passengers, their security, and their cargo, and must avoid exposing the vehicle to danger or failing to follow traffic regulations.
• Reporting to the garage regarding any incident, breakdown, or damage to the vehicle.
• Driving the vehicle for high-priority missions.
• Responsible for the vehicle throughout the duration of driving it, ensuring its proper use.
• Performing other similar duties assigned to them.
