Equipment Operation: Starting up, operating, and shutting down dedicated production equipment safely (e.g., fryer, freezer, sizing machine, peeling machine, cutting machine, packaging machines) in accordance with standard operating procedures. Monitoring production line standards (temperatures, speeds, pressures) and making minor adjustments based on supervisor instructions. Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and workstations.

Quality Monitoring:

Conducting in-process quality checks (visual inspection, temperature checks, weight checks, dimensional checks) as per the specified schedule. Identifying and removing defective products and immediately reporting any quality issues to the supervisor. Ensuring the product meets specifications before moving to the next stage.

Material Handling:

Ensuring a continuous supply of raw materials (potatoes, oil, packaging materials) to the production line. Preparing the final product for packaging or transfer to the next process stage. Maintaining correct labeling and traceability of materials and finished products.

Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP):

Adhering to all safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S) in compliance with GMP and food safety standards. Immediately reporting any hazards, incidents, or near-miss cases to the supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting:

Accurately and timely completing production records, quality checklists, and shift reports. Recording production output, downtime, and waste as required. Communicating any issues or abnormalities to the shift supervisor immediately.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and other departments (Maintenance, Quality) to ensure smooth production flow. Assisting in training new operators when needed
