Job Title: Fresh Graduate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Engineer Company: CHINT EGEMAC Electrical Products Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt (or initial training at 6th of October City with relocation/transfer to 10th of Ramadan) Department: Supply Chain / Production & Operations Planning Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description & Overview CHINT EGEMAC is seeking an entry-level MRP Engineer (Material Requirements Planning) to manage and optimize inventory flows, production scheduling, and raw material demand planning for low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical panels and switchgear manufacturing. In this role, you will work closely with procurement, factory operations, and engineering teams to ensure project materials arrive on time without causing production bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities Demand & MRP Analysis: Process engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) to calculate raw material needs, electrical components (breakers, busbars, relays), and hardware required for manufacturing. Inventory Control: Monitor raw material inventory levels, safety stock, and track lead times for imported and local components. Production Scheduling: Align material availability with factory master assembly schedules to prevent delays in sheet metal fabrication, panel wiring, and testing phases. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partner with procurement teams to track purchase orders (POs) and align with warehouse teams on material receipts. System Data Maintenance: Enter, maintain, and audit master production data and inventory transactions within the company’s ERP system. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Power Engineering. Experience: Fresh Graduate (0 to 1 year of experience). Internship experience in a manufacturing plant or switchgear facility is a plus. Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and MRP/Production Planning fundamentals. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis). Basic familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo). Soft Skills: High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
