OPay is looking to hire an Outdoor Sales Representative with the following requirements: - Executing POS machine distribution operations within the specified work area. - Organizing sales visits and following up on merchant orders according to the instructions of the Area Sales Manager and in coordination with the Sales Supervisor. - Maintaining relationships with merchants to ensure continuous growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by searching for potential customers. - Taking responsibility for the daily work plan (sales targets, updating merchant profile cards, etc.). - Ensuring an understanding of merchants' needs and problems and providing support collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction. - Achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Collecting payments from merchants on time and depositing them in the bank. - Sending a daily sales report to the Sales Supervisor. Specifications: - Higher qualification / Intermediate qualification. - Open for hiring fresh graduates as well as candidates with experience in electronic payments and FMCG. - 0-2 years of experience. - Possessing negotiation skills with merchants. - Completed military service or exempted.
