Manage civil construction projects from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standards.
Lead site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
Supervise civil works including excavation, foundations, concrete, structural works, and finishing.
Monitor project progress, costs, resources, and schedules, implementing corrective actions when required.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Review technical documents, shop drawings, and method statements.
Lead inspections, testing, snagging, and final project handover.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in civil construction and project management.
Experience in Industrial Project, FMCG / F&B manufacturing sector .
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contract management.
