JOB TITLE
Associate Manager-Talent Management| MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
Lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Talent Management programs and special initiatives including performance management, talent identification, 360 feedback, development, top talent, and Emiratization,while providing operational expertise, stakeholder management, analytics-driven insights, and alignment with business needs and TM COE standards.
ROLE PROFILE

• Work closely with Tower Lead and recommend improvement initiatives based on research and insights derived from surveys, dashboards, testing, back-end operations, and user feedback.
• Develop, update, and maintain TM policies, frameworks, training materials, and governance documentation.
• Lead the communication plan for TM COE (drafting communication, innovative communication and increasing reach) across MAF and eligible population.
• Conduct data analysis across TM pillars to generate insights and support strategic decision-making, process enhancements, and new initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of TM initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, system testing, documentation updates, and change deployment.
• Oversee dashboard management and collaborate with HCBPs, HCDx, and People Analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting effectiveness.
• Support change management efforts by ensuring frameworks, communications, and materials are in place for TM program and process changes.
• Manage annual employee and stakeholder surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements based on insights and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6–8 years’ experience in Human Capital, Talent Management, or L&D.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable with an ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
