• Develop and implement annual preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Prioritize maintenance based on equipment criticality, safety, and production requirements.

• Supervise maintenance engineers and technicians and assign daily work.

• Monitor breakdowns and lead rapid response to minimize downtime.

• Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure availability and proper control of critical spare parts.

• Coordinate spare-parts requirements with Procurement.

• Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget.

• Monitor maintenance costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.

• Manage maintenance contractors and service providers.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.

• Prepare periodic reports covering equipment condition, downtime, costs, and KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations.

• Oversee maintenance of poultry houses, electrical systems, generators, pumps, ventilation, cooling, feeding, water, and other farm utilities.

• Lead emergency maintenance activities during critical system failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.

• From 8 to 15 years of experience in maintenance management..

• Strong knowledge of farm equipment, electrical systems, water systems, and HVAC.

• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and technical data analysis software.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to make quick and sound decisions.

• Ability to prepare technical reports and effectively analyze maintenance data.

• Good knowledge of quality standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant environmental regulations.
