Role Description The Insurance Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt, focused on providing insurance solutions to individual and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable insurance products, and explaining policy features, coverage options, and terms in a clear and accessible manner. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to preparing quotations, closing sales, and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewals. The Insurance Agent will maintain regular contact with clients, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support claims processes in coordination with internal teams. Collaboration with colleagues in finance and brokerage operations is essential to ensure compliant, efficient, and client-oriented service delivery.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively advise clients on appropriate coverage and drive policy acquisition. Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to support product selection, pricing, and alignment with clients’ financial objectives. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
