Job responsibilities: Ensure stable and safe operation of electrical control systems in machines and production lines through preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose electrical and electronic faults in industrial control systems, and maintain efficiency of control panels and instrumentation to ensure continuous production, minimize downtime and achieve the highest level of equipment operational reliability.

Role scope: The scope includes handling components of Industrial Control Systems, including: electrical power circuits, industrial control circuits, PLC, industrial sensing and measuring instruments, motor control systems, speed control systems for electric motors, electrical protection systems.
Detailed tasks and responsibilities: First: Operating and maintaining industrial control systems - Install and maintain electrical control circuits for industrial machines and production lines. Inspect and operate electrical control panels and verify components. Monitor efficiency of control systems associated with production equipment. Adjust operating system settings to meet industrial operation requirements. Ensure operation of sequential control systems inside machines.
Second: Analyze and diagnose electrical faults - Analyze electrical faults in machines using systematic fault diagnosis methodology. Determine root causes of electrical and electronic faults. Inspect power and control circuits to identify failure points. Use electrical measuring devices to pinpoint faults. Implement necessary repairs and retest systems after maintenance.
Third: Maintenance of industrial control panels - Perform periodic maintenance of electrical control panels within the plant. Inspect main components such as: circuit breakers, contactors, electrical relays, power supplies. Ensure tight electrical connections and prevent overheating inside panels. Clean panels of dust and moisture. Check insulation levels.
Fourth: Handling industrial electrical motors - Operate and maintain motors used in production lines. Inspect motor start-up systems. Ensure motor protection systems are efficient. Analyze electrical faults related to motors. Adjust motor operating settings to suit loads.
Fifth: Operating and maintaining speed control systems - Operate and adjust motor speed control devices (VFD / Inverter). Read and analyze fault codes for speed control units. Set operating parameters such as acceleration, deceleration, current limits. Ensure compatibility of speed control systems with operation requirements.
Sixth: Maintenance of industrial sensing and measuring devices - Inspect and maintain industrial sensors used in production lines. Calibrate sensor positions to ensure accurate operation. Test efficiency of industrial measuring devices. Replace faulty or inaccurate sensors. Ensure control signals from sensors to control systems are intact.
Seventh: Handling programmed logic control systems - Monitor input/output signals of programmable logic controllers. Analyze operational problems related to control software. Check wiring of PLC control systems. Assist in testing control programs after modification or maintenance. Support automation engineers in system operation processes.
Eighth: Implement preventive maintenance - Execute approved preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment. Prepare periodic maintenance reports. Record faults and repairs performed. Monitor recurring fault indicators. Contribute to improving equipment reliability.
Ninth: Compliance with industrial safety requirements - Adhere to electrical safety procedures inside the plant. Implement energy isolation procedures before maintenance. Use personal protective equipment during work. Report any electrical or operational hazards. Comply with occupational safety and health standards.
Scientific knowledge required: The candidate should have strong knowledge of basic scientific concepts in the fields of: fundamentals of industrial electricity.

Technical skills required: Basic technical skills - Read industrial electrical diagrams. Analyze electrical control circuits. Use electrical measuring devices. Install and maintain control panels. Work with industrial electrical motors. Basic maintenance of electronic circuits.
Advanced technical skills - Analyze faults in industrial control systems. Work with PLC industrial systems. Set speed control systems for motors. Maintain industrial sensors. Understand industrial control logic. Know the basic components of electronic control units.
Behavioral skills - Analytical thinking. Problem-solving ability. Quick fault response. Work in a maintenance team. Adherence to safety procedures.
Qualifications required - Diploma in Industrial Technician specializing in electricity or a technical institute diploma in electricity.
