What You Will DoMerchandising Supervision: Gather, review, and synthesize order status updates and capacity metrics from departmental merchandisers to build precise production feeding plans. Supply Chain & Material Tracking: Monitor fabric mill production, shipping statuses, and accessory deliveries (trims, hardware, packaging) to ensure complete material kits are ready ahead of schedule. Production Oversight: Act as the central operational bridge between merchandising, planning, and the factory floor—ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, delivery dates, and critical paths. Daily Rhythm: Lead morning status audits, daily alignment meetings with the Factory and Production Managers, and mid-day troubleshooting to eliminate operational bottlenecks.????
