Manage and monitor production operations within broiler farms and achieve production targets.
Monitor herd performance indicators: production rate, mortality rate, feed consumption, egg weight, shell quality.
Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with management.
Monitor feeding, lighting, and vaccination programs in coordination with the veterinary sector and ensure compliance.
Analyze production results, conversion and consumption rates, and take necessary corrective actions.
Oversee egg collection, sorting, handling, reducing loss and breakage, and improving product quality.
Monitor the implementation of Biosecurity & Farm Hygiene standards across all farms.
Manage and evaluate the performance of engineers, supervisors, and workers, and develop plans to improve production team efficiency.
Coordinate with Veterinary, Feed, Quality, Maintenance & Logistics sectors to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
