• Manage the company’s overall financial operations and accounting activities.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with business objectives.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury activities.

• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support investment and business decisions.

• Establish and monitor financial controls, policies, and procedures.

• Identify financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate the Finance & Accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• More than 15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.

• Proven experience in a Financial Manager / Finance Manager or senior financial leadership position.

• Previous experience in investment, holding, real estate, or financial services companies is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial analysis.

• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is an advantage.

• Excellent command of English.
