About Anut:
Anūt Cairo is a high-end and luxury homeware and lifestyle brand specializing in hand-embroidered textiles, handcrafted pottery, glass, and other artisanal crafts. With in-house manufacturing, local artisan partnerships, multiple retail channels, and growing international reach, we are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations.

Overview:

As our Operations and Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the helm of our end-to-end supply chain, a critical role where your expertise will directly influence our efficiency, profitability, and market leadership. You will lead strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our manufacturing and logistics operations.

The role will oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, quality assurance and control, shipping, and logistics, playing a critical role in supporting Anūt Cairo’s growth locally and internationally.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of robust supply chain strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all facets of operations, including production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution and superior performance.

  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives and talent is nurtured.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements, leveraging data analysis and best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring optimal resource allocation and partnership success.

  • Quality & Risk Management: Implement rigorous quality control measures and proactive risk management strategies to safeguard our operations and uphold product integrity.

Skills & Technologies:

You will leverage your deep expertise in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Supply Management, Business Planning, Production Planning, and Logistics Operations. Proficiency with ERP Systems, strong Data Analysis capabilities, and a knack for Process Optimization are essential. Your Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Risk Management, and Negotiation skills will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain and/or operations management within a manufacturing company, preferably textiles and handmade products.

  • Proven experience operating across retail stores and e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, logistics, and quality control.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong ability to multitask.

  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business

  • ERP system experience, preferably Odoo

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to work on-site in Haram City, 6th of October, Giza.

  • Career Level: This is a Senior Management position, requiring a candidate who can lead with vision, execute with precision, and drive transformational change.
