Role Description The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of beverages and fruit products. This full-time, on-site role based in El Mansoura includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating resources, and managing factory staff to meet output targets. The Factory Manager will implement and maintain quality control procedures, enforce safety and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also involves optimizing processes, managing equipment maintenance, controlling production costs, and collaborating with other departments such as supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance. The Factory Manager will prepare regular performance reports, address operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business goals.
Qualifications Strong skills in Production Planning to manage schedules, resources, and workflow efficiently. Experience in Production Management and Manufacturing Operations to oversee end-to-end factory activities. Proficiency in Quality Control to maintain product standards, implement inspections, and handle non-conformities. Capabilities in Operations Management to improve processes, manage costs, and enhance productivity. Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing is highly desirable. Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop diverse teams. Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in industrial settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision making. Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
