Role Description The CSR Fundraising Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This position is responsible for developing and managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships, cultivating relationships with corporate donors, and securing funding to support Hand in Hand’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential corporate partners, preparing fundraising proposals and presentations, coordinating sponsorship packages, and ensuring timely reporting on impact and outcomes. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align CSR initiatives with organizational goals, organize fundraising events and campaigns, and maintain accurate records of donor interactions and commitments. The role also involves monitoring trends in CSR and philanthropy to enhance fundraising strategies and expand the organization’s network. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience standards. Proficiency in managing stakeholder communications and expectations across diverse partners and donors. Strong fundraising, business development, or CSR partnership experience, preferably in nonprofit or social impact settings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
