Responsibilities: prospecting clients
Target herbs and spices traders, food companies, factories, and export companies.
Search for new clients inside and outside the specified geographic area
Field visits
Make regular visits to potential and current clients.
Offer the company's services in sterilization, drying, sieving, and packaging according to available services.
Understand client needs and propose the appropriate solution.
Sales achievement
Prepare price quotes and follow up until contract completion.
Negotiate prices, quantities, and supply terms in coordination with management.
Achieve the monthly and annual targets.
Customer management
Follow up with customers after sale and ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain current customers and increase the volume of dealings with them.
Handle complaints and refer to management and follow up on resolution.
Market and competitors monitoring
Monitor competitors' prices and the services they offer.
Identify market needs and new sales opportunities.
Provide periodic reports on market movements and customers.
Reports and follow-up
Record customer data, visits, calls, and follow-up results.
Provide daily/weekly reports on visits, opportunities, and sales.
Follow up with potential customers until they become actual customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in external sales, preferably in herbs, foods, spices, or food manufacturing.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Ability to work in the field and make many visits.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using phone, WhatsApp, email, and preferably Excel and CRM programs.
Prefer having a vehicle or ability to travel continuously.
Presentable appearance and ability to represent the company in front of clients.
Preference for English proficiency, especially if the company deals with export clients or exporting companies.
