تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية واكتشاف ومعالجة أعطال منظومة التبريد.
متابعة غرف التبريد والتخزين ومحطات التعبئة والتأكد من كفاءة أنظمة Defrost والتحكم في الحرارة والرطوبة.
فحص واكتشاف أي تسريبات للأمونيا والتعامل معها وفق إجراءات الطوارئ والسلامة المعتمدة.
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وتسجيل قراءات التشغيل وأعمال الصيانة ورفع التقارير عن الأعطال.

Operate and monitor the ammonia cooling system, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and pumps. Monitor and record temperatures, pressures, and ammonia levels, and ensure the required cooling levels are achieved. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and detect and address faults in the cooling system. Monitor cooling and storage rooms, filling stations, and ensure the efficiency of Defrost systems and control of temperature and humidity. Inspect and detect any ammonia leaks and handle them according to established emergency and safety procedures. Comply with occupational safety and health procedures, record operating readings and maintenance work, and prepare reports on faults.
