Responsibilities and duties:
- Prepare and assemble all kinds of sandwiches and fast foods (cold and hot) according to the facility's recipes and standards.
- Prepare and assemble filling ingredients and pre-filled fillings (vegetable chopping, cheese preparation, meats, sandwich sauces) before the shift starts.
- Operate grilling and heating tools (panini press / sandwich press, grill, toaster) while adjusting quality and speed standards.
- Commitment to speed and accuracy in order preparation during peak hours.
- Apply safety and food hygiene standards (HACCP), and maintain cleanliness of the workplace and tools continuously.
- Monitor the shelf life of ingredients and store inventory at appropriate temperatures to reduce waste.
Requirements and Conditions:
Gender: Male and Female.
Educational qualification: medium / above average / high qualification.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in fast food restaurants or sandwich chains and cafes.
Excellent skills in speed, accuracy, and aesthetic presentation and packaging.
