Description
A Planning Engineer is needed to join the team at a contracting company in Sheikh Zayed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
* One to three years of experience in the field of planning for construction projects.
* Proficiency in using Primavera P6.
* Experience in preparing and monitoring Project Baseline & Updates.
* The ability to track progress and compare Plan vs. Actual.
* Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the project.
* Monitoring the Critical Path and analyzing the reasons for the delay.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Good communication and coordination skills with site teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

المتطلبات
* درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، ويفضل الهندسة المدنية.
* من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات من الخبرة في مجال التخطيط لمشروعات البناء.
* الإتقان في استخدام Primavera P6.
* خبرة في إعداد ومراقبة خط الأساس للمشروع والتحديثات.
* القدرة على تتبع التقدم ومقارنة الخطة الفعلية.
* إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية للمشروع.
* مراقبة المسار الحرج وتحليل أسباب التأخير.
* الإتقان في MS Office، خاصة Excel.
* مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة مع فرق الموقع.
* القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.
