Daily Inspection: Conduct periodic safety rounds across all factory sections (mixing, casting, drying, furnaces, sorting, and packaging) to ensure everyone adheres to safety standards. Risk Management: Identify and assess occupational risks (Risk Assessment) in the sanitaryware industry, especially silica dust hazards, thermal stress at furnaces, and mechanical risks of machinery, and implement engineering and administrative controls to mitigate them. PPE Monitoring: Supervise provision and workers' commitment to wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for each department (dust masks N95/P100, earplugs, safety boots, etc.). Training and Awareness: Prepare and deliver training programs and awareness bulletins for workers (including daily Toolbox Talks) on work hazards and safe handling of equipment and chemicals. Emergency Response: Participate in developing and updating emergency and evacuation plans and fire fighting, and supervise the maintenance of alarm devices and extinguishing systems. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into any incident or near-miss, analyze root causes, and raise reports with corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Occupational Health and Environment: Coordinate periodic medical examinations for workers (especially lung and hearing functions), and supervise safe disposal of industrial waste.
