Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machines at the slaughterhouse according to the approved maintenance plan. Diagnose mechanical faults and participate in repairs to ensure rapid resumption of equipment operation. Execute disassembly, assembly, and replacement of damaged parts for mechanical equipment and systems. Monitor the technical condition of equipment and report any faults or observations that may affect operating efficiency. Participate in maintenance work on slaughter lines, conveyors, cutting machinery, and internal transport systems. Perform maintenance on pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and power transmission systems. Collaborate with the electrical maintenance team to carry out joint maintenance tasks when needed. Keep maintenance equipment, tools, and the work area clean. Adhere to occupational safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during maintenance work. Record maintenance performed and inform the engineer or supervisor of the work results. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
