Review structural drawings and shop drawings to ensure compliance with approved designs. Prepare shop drawings and coordinate with different disciplines. Prepare and quantify (BOQ & Quantity Survey) for structural works. Prepare monthly progress reports and monitor works executed. Prepare material requests and follow up on approval. Review and approve drawings submitted by contractors and suppliers. Coordinate with the consultant and contractors to resolve technical issues. Contribute to preparing schedules and track progress rates. Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Construction). 3 to 5 years of experience in the technical office for construction or real estate projects. Good knowledge of technical specifications and building codes. Required software: AutoCAD. SAP- ETAP- SAFE< p>
