Responsibilities and duties: • Prepare reports and present proposals to the direct supervisor for improvements within his/her powers and jurisdiction. • Implement quality management programs that ultimately aim to achieve the company's main objectives. • Responsible for following up with Quality Supervisors in implementing plans related to different quality systems. • Ensure effective implementation of quality systems and standards to safeguard the products that align with the company’s quality policies. • Review reports from the production team for evaluation and report to the Quality Manager. • Withdraw product samples and send them to the laboratory. • Coordinate and effectively cooperate with Heads of Production Departments in all tasks that enhance product efficiency and quality. • Monitor customer complaints, track causes, and provide opinions on effective and decisive solutions. • Monitor operation of production lines according to applied quality systems and food safety, in line with the company name and standing. • Train and evaluate production quality supervisors in their work and transfer experience to them so they are qualified to perform their roles effectively. • Compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 requirements. • Responsible for implementing and following the plant’s hygienic requirements. • Assist and coordinate with all company departments to pass periodic inspections. • Monitor effective corrective actions required to pass inspections. • Preserve all information and data that contribute to improving work quality within the facility. • Submit periodic reports to the direct manager outlining what was planned and achieved and what was deferred, with reasons. • Follow quality, safety, and occupational health policies and instructions. Job requirements • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine • English language preferably very good at least in speaking and writing • Good computer skills • 3 to 5 years of experience • Experience in food factories or poultry slaughterhouses preferred • Experience in HACCP and ISO 22000.
