PURPOSE OF ROLE We're looking for a passionate, problem-solving software engineer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance messaging and automation systems.
You'll work across the stack, from designing robust backend services to integrating modern AI capabilities and third-party messaging platforms.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs Architect systems with performance, reliability, and scale in mind Build and optimize message-queue-driven workflows and asynchronous processing Develop interactive, node-based UIs for workflow and automation builders using React Flow Integrate with third-party platforms, including Meta APIs, the WhatsApp Business Platform, and payment gateways Work with AI/ML features such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and ranking systems Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teammates Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to technical decisions Must-Have Skills 2+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in Node.
js and Python Hands-on experience with message queues: BullMQ and ActiveMQ Solid understanding of system design and scalable system architecture Experience with MongoDB and Redis Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic engineering mindset Excellent communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude Nice-to-Have Experience integrating payment gateways (billing, transactions, webhooks, reconciliation) Front-end experience with React and React Flow for node-based / diagram UIs Experience working with Meta APIs and the WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API Practical experience with RAG pipelines and ranking / relevance systems Comfortable leveraging modern AI developer tools (e.
