Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October, responsible for managing and improving the full employee lifecycle. The role includes leading recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and supporting workforce planning in alignment with business needs. The specialist will oversee HR operations such as personnel files, contracts, attendance, and benefits. Daily responsibilities also include handling employee relations, supporting performance management, facilitating training and development initiatives, and preparing HR reports and analytics to support management decisions. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate closely with department heads to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and drive HR best practices across the organization. Qualifications Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Solid understanding of Egyptian labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies and procedures. Experience with HR information systems, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage. Previous experience in specialist HR role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
