???? Location: ELGharbia , El Mahala Elkubra .???? Employment Type: Full-time⸻Key Responsibilities:Supervise the daily operations of the HR section and ensure efficient workflow. Lead and support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and personnel administration. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures. Monitor attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate training and development initiatives and support employee engagement programs. Prepare HR reports, analyze key HR metrics, and recommend process improvements. Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance to team members. Collaborate with department managers to address workforce planning and staffing needs. Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and organizational initiatives. Manage recruitment and selection processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance appraisal activities. Support payroll, attendance, and leave administration. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases. Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Handle employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes. Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy. Monitor attendance, leave, and HR compliance. Assist in implementing HR policies and initiatives across the organization.⸻Requirements:3–7 years Experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices. Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations. Candidates must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
