• Receive and review the daily production plan, ensuring all required products are scheduled accurately.

• Coordinate and monitor mixer batch sequencing to align with production requirements.

• Issue and receive raw materials according to the approved production plan.

• Prepare finished goods receiving documents and coordinate product transfer to the warehouse.

• Record daily production quantities and maintain accurate inventory issuance records.

• Monitor and calculate daily raw material consumption to support inventory control.

• Supervise mixing area operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

• Coordinate production batches between the mixing section and production lines to ensure workflow continuity.

• Follow up on production plan execution and ensure timely completion of scheduled orders.

• Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality specifications and production standards.

• Troubleshoot production issues, report equipment breakdowns, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive shift reports, including production performance and operational updates.

• Coordinate shift activities, assign tasks, and ensure effective teamwork to achieve production targets.

HSE Responsibilities

• Follow HSE procedures for hazard identification and risk assessment.

• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through effective housekeeping practices.

• Implement emergency response procedures and follow company safety protocols during incidents or emergencies.

Requirements

• B.Sc. of Production Engineering or high school diploma

• At least 4 Years  relevant experience

• Good Command of English

• High Communication Skills
