Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial equipment and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical faults, analyze root causes, and provide effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
Supervise mechanical installation works for new equipment and production lines.
Follow up on periodic maintenance plans to achieve maximum operational availability.
Coordinate with production and electrical teams to ensure fast and efficient maintenance execution.
Prepare technical reports related to maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health, and safety standards.
Contribute to improving performance, reducing breakdowns, and enhancing equipment efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5 to 10 years of practical experience in mechanical maintenance and industrial installations.
Experience with industrial equipment such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and piping systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings and mechanical schematics.
Good knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and maintenance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of maintenance management software is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
