Egy Cham is hiring Quality Manager for one of our clients in the Food & Beverage Industry in Matrouh.
Role Description The Quality Manager (Olive Oil) is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of olive oil products throughout the production process. The role oversees quality assurance and quality control activities, including inspections, testing, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams, the Quality Manager ensures products meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and food safety regulations while driving operational excellence.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.10 to 15 years of experience in Quality Management within the Food & Beverage industry, 5 to 7 years of experience in olive oil. Experience developing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems, including audits, inspections, and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards.
