Operate and monitor equipment and production lines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production processes and report any faults or deviations affecting production.
Carry out adjustments and equipment setup before and during operation in coordination with the supervisor.
Monitor product quality during production stages and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Adhere to the production plan and achieve daily targets.
Reduce waste and scrap during operation and improve material efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance teams when faults occur to ensure rapid restart.
Adhere to food safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanliness and disinfection procedures.
Commit to using personal protective equipment and occupational health and safety instructions.
Record operating and production data and prepare required reports.
Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.
Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the job assigned by the direct supervisor.
